Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Registration

   Every vendor must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete details. Upon successful registration, the vendor will receive a unique Login ID to access the platform.

2. Referral Code

   After login, each vendor will be assigned a Referral Code. This referral code can be shared with clients. Any booking made by clients using the vendor’s referral code will be eligible for a commission to the vendor.

3. Commission & Payment

   Commission is applicable only on bookings successfully completed through the vendor’s referral code. Payments will be processed and released twice a month: on the 15th and 30th (or the next working day, in case of a holiday). Payment shall be transferred to the vendor’s registered bank account.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

   Vendors must ensure all information shared during registration remains accurate and updated. Vendors are responsible for sharing their referral code only with genuine clients. Any misuse may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

5. Platform Rights

   The platform reserves the right to verify vendor details and reject or cancel registration in case of incomplete, false, or misleading information. The platform reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be notified to vendors through their registered contact details.

6. Termination

   Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or permanent termination of the vendor’s account and forfeiture of pending commissions.
